ThinkBuddy AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Sparky subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Sparky subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of ThinkBuddy AI. To request a refund, email support@kidschatapp.live with the email address you used at checkout and we'll get it sorted within 5 business days.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access for the period you've already paid for.
Processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
